Journey of the Founder
I’m Adam Pomothy — a former IT executive turned certified coach and men’s mentor.
But more importantly: husband, father, and founder of Kings Within.Originally from Europe and now based in Australia, I help men around the world master their sexual energy, embody their unique masculinity, and channel it into purpose, health, confidence, and authenticity — so they can become the fulfilled men they were born to be and join a global brotherhood of conscious Kings.There was a time when my life looked “successful” on the outside.
I had helped grow a startup from just six people into a global industry leader with hundreds of employees. I built and led multiple high-performing, cross-functional teams across the world — managing dozens of people at once. I stepped into leadership roles others only dreamed of, from running the entire APAC region to serving as Global Director of Customer Strategy.
On paper, I had made it… but inside, I was drowning.High-stress executive role. A newborn at home. A move across the world.
All of it led to a lack of sleep, lack of intimacy, and a constant pull toward quick emotional fixes — junk food, endless scrolling, and the PMO cycle (porn, masturbation, orgasm).Over time, it all created the perfect storm: depression, burnout, sexual frustration, and a deep disconnection from my true self — along with an exhausting need for external validation.The more I tried to bury the suffering — as we men are often taught to do — the more it grew.Eventually, it spilled into every part of my life — hurting the people I loved most through constant anger I couldn’t explain, numbness I couldn’t shake, and an aching emptiness I didn’t understand.That was the breaking point.I knew something had to change. No more failing as a husband. No more failing as a father. And no more betraying who I truly am — or the purpose I came here to fulfill.So I made a choice: to rebuild my life from the ground up. To let go of ego. To reconnect with my true self. To shatter the belief systems I had inherited.
And to go deeper than I ever had before…Through years of studying and practicing sexual energy transmutation, holistic health, natural fitness, spiritual growth, and the dynamics of masculine and feminine energy, I discovered a hard truth:
